Caroline has joined us as a Senior Client Services Specialist and will be assisting with all client communications, service requests and account processing. Expect to see emails or get phone calls from her in the near future!

Caroline is a professional with over 8 years of varied work experience and is currently pursuing a BA in Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University.  She has a passion for learning and helping people, and is excited to join a team that shares and encourages those passions. As a Richmond native, Caroline enjoys spending her weekends taking her dog Henry to nearby parks and playing league sports, like kickball and sand volleyball.
